Parish residents should be aware of the forthcoming Spring Tides affecting the River Harbourne locally, which may be a source of disruption and possible flooding.
March 2024 Spring and Neap Tides
- Tuesday 5th March – Neap Tide
- Monday 11th March – Spring Tide
- Tuesday 19th March – Neap Tide
- Tuesday 26th March – Spring Tide
It is anticipated that the forthcoming Spring Tide will be at least 5 metres, with the highest tides on Sunday 10th March between approximately 06:00 until noon and on Monday 11th March between 07:00 and 12:54.
It is very possible that the road in the Bow Bridge area passing The Waterman’s Arms may be flooded and properties bordering the waterfront may be affected. No official flood warnings are yet in place but please do continue to check this here.
