The dates for Christmas 2022 recycling and waste collections have been confirmed by South Hams District Council, with a revised schedule in place from Monday 26th December to Saturday 14th January.
Collections will run as normal in the week beginning Monday 19th December 2022 and return to normal in the week beginning Monday 16th January 2023. Please find information below or visit the South Hams District Council website here to be sure that you don’t miss your collection days over the festive period.
Don’t forget! Unfortunately it isn’t possible to recycle cards containing glitter or plastics, or any wrapping paper except for plain brown paper. Only pieces of cardboard under 75cm long will be accepted. Anything larger will need to be taken to a household waste recycling centre.
