Ash Meadow Community Interest Company – Annual General Meeting – Wednesday 6th July 2022 @ 7.30 pm
Members residing in the Parish of Ashprington and other stakeholders with an involvement in Ash Meadow are cordially invited to attend. The First Annual General Meeting of Ashmeadow as a Community Interest Company (CIC) will be held at Village Hall Ashprington to transact the following business.

- Matters arising
- Minutes of last Ash Meadow AGM.
- Matters arising
- To receive and consider the CIC accounts for the year ended June 2022
- Auditor’s Report
- Chair’s report on the last year
- Matters arising / discussion
- Election of Members of Ash Meadow Committee
- Resigning members (One Official post holder is resigning but remaining on committee as an ordinary member)
- New members
- Election of official post holders. (Please advise Chair before the meeting of any new proposals)
- Chair (Willing to stand again)
- Secretary (Will become vacant – One proposal to date to take up the position.)
- Treasurer (Willing to stand again)
- Discussion on any submissions/requests from Parish residents (deadline for submission 5 working days prior to meeting i.e. 29th June 2022.
- Summary and discussion on major elements of 5 year plan. Full copies available prior to meeting on request to Chair.
- New equipment
- Use of meadow – meadow drawn plan
- Working parties
- Formal adoption of 5-year plan. (Once adopted plan is a working document and subject to requirement change and adjustment by vote at meetings)
- AOB
- Date of next AGM meeting and subsequent meeting normal dates.
