Held at Ashprington Village Hall on Thursday 7th May 2026 @ 7.30pm
Present – Cllr K Throgmorton, Cllr S Greaves, Cllr R Rogers, Cllr T Green, C Cllr S Rake.
Attended by – 2 Members of the Public.
Apologies for absence – Cllr P Thompson, Cllr L Stocks, Pam Macey (P3).
- Election of Chairman – Cllr R Rogers – proposed by Cllr K Throgmorton & seconded by Cllr S Greaves with all in agreement.
- Election of Vice-Chairman – Cllr K Throgmorton – proposed by Cllr R Rogers & seconded by Cllr S Greaves with all in agreement.

- Village Hall Committee – Cllr L Stocks
- Ash Meadow Committee – Ian Bentlett

- Parish Emergency Plan – Cllr K Throgmorton

Proposed by Cllr K Throgmorton & seconded by Cllr S Greaves with all in agreement.
- Financial Statement, Adoption of Accounts from 2025/2026. A full copy of the accounts has been circulated to Cllrs, all in agreement that these are adopted and will now go to audit in June.
Meeting Closed 7.33 to be followed by a Parish Council meeting.
