As autumn approaches, please see below an invitation from the Ash Meadow Committee to join an Apple Pressing Day on Saturday 20th September.
After last years wash-out, the Ash Meadow Committee are again attempting to apple press with apples from the orchard. We will be there from 11am til 3pm and then the press will be moving on to another village. Villagers are welcome to gather their apples from the orchard and work with us to produce some juice to take home. You will need a bag to collect apples and bottles to take your juice away. Children will need adult supervision at all times. We look forward to seeing you there… hopefully the sun will shine!
